Greatsword now deals d12 damage instead of a d10. As it is in the phb, the great sword is one of the worst weapons in the game barely besting the likes of the simple weapons. (and equaling some of them)
Scimitar has changed to +3 proficiency bonus, d6 damage, high crit, heavy blade.
Versatile does not make the weapon Two handed. It only states that you can use the weapon two handed to gain a bonus to damage. So for things like say Power attack it still counts as a one handed weapon to name one example, reaping attack for another. So to get the big damage numbers for Power Attack and Reaping Strike you have to be using a two handed weapon not a versatile weapon.

Magical weapon properties for keyword purposes count for abilities and attacks but not for feats. (Can not get auto Ca, and the like for having a Frost weapon with Lasting Frost, and Winter touch.) They deal the damage type listed but do not add the keyword change for feat purposes.

Eladrin Soldier, applies to heavy blades (but not superior heavy blades) and spears.

Intimidate may use either your Strength modifier or your charisma modifier depending on which is highest.

Astral Fire Get rid of the Stat Requirements
Burning Blizzard Get rid of the Stat Requirements
Dark Fury Get rid of the Stat Requirements
Raging Storm Get rid of the Stat Requirements
The stat reqs really do not serve a purpose for these feats and if anything screw many casters out of getting them unless they literally build their character around the feats. Which is dumb considering that the Paragon Elemental feats have no requirements themselves, and things like weapon focus (which does the same effin thing) does not have a stat requirement either.

Hide Armor has been deleted from the game. It is one of the key problems of the game, as Hide Armor equipped characters get the AC of Plate shield characters (without trying very hard) and having Superior Acs (when they try), without the speed negatives that Heavy armor grants.
The classes that use Hide armor, do not need that high of an AC learn your role.
Heavy Armors +1 to Fort Defense in addition to their other properties. They make you slower, they need something to make up for that.

All Pcs will recieve a +1 to attack rolls in Heroic Tier.
This is to make the Math work at higher level play, and to make the 16 Stat more relevant, and a 14 Prime stat character possible to play effectively and a 13 possible to play.
16 is all but the Max you can buy with point buy it should perform better than just an 11+.
