Summoner Feat, Req 1st level feat and your Dm's Permission. Pick a stat, Your Summon is tied to that Stat from then on. The modifier for this stat is your Summon Modifier. You get one Summon per tier, and you may only have One Summon out at any point in time or else they will fight each other and then proceed to fight the party. You do not gain xp for killing Summons in this manner. Summons last until the end of the Encounter, and if a Summon dies during the encounter your Summons for the day are all spent, as the Summons lose trust in their masters. A dead Summon will resurrect itself, at the start of the next day or extended rest.
Heroic Characters start with one Summon that they must perform a ritual to find, and then defeat in battle. This continues on through Paragon and Epic. You can not summon the same Summon multiple times in a day. A Summon for experience purposes is treated as a Mount and a Summon levels up at the same rate of it's Summoner.
A Summon consumes the Pc's actions during combat (unless the party is short handed then it can be treated by the Dm as a NPC)
One power per tier each power is based on the role of the monster, and or element (if applicable) Summon list (pending) Aquila Aries Calista Canes Cerebus Djinn Draco Hydra Jester Leviathan Midia Scorpius Siren Strife Tauranos
Summons are remnants of old deity energy within an old temple or special location. Their essence takes a form and for one to be able to utilize this great power one must test themselves against it. Victory means they gain a measure of that energy for their own, defeat means death and their souls become fuel for what remains of the old gods...
Adventure hooks. Perhaps the character was born with a strange mark, perhaps the character has always felt a hole inside of them that never seems to quite go away. Maybe the character is questing for Lost Power of a time long forgotten. Perhaps the character is dying, or finds themselves hopelessly lost within the temple. Perhaps they do it to save their kingdom/homeland from utter destruction and knowing that such a Power as this could help them turn the tide.
Usually the quest to face the Summon is every bit as dangerous as the Summon itself, with many perils out into the deep wild parts of the world and many foes. The quest for a Summon should be an adventure unto itself as any other major quest in a campaign.
The Summon must be fought and defeated either by the pcs, or one pc depending on how you wish to implement the Summon. If you wish for the Pcs to fight this as a group you should employ a Summon as a Solo or equivalent encounter. If it is a one on one, the Summon should be as a non elite non solo monster instead.

The Hydra, is the mythical Hydra. The Legends about Hydra are said to originate with this monster that once challenged the gods in it's power. What god managed to defeat and shatter this monstrosity has gone unknown as time as passed, it is theorized that no current deity was responsible. Hydra, possessed six heads at one time, and as it's power grows so do the number of heads it has. The most terrifying aspect of Hydra is the fact it is Lenerean, it regenerates with a frightening speed that should not be possible in the least. It is found in an ancient swamp in the center of a sunken temple...
