This is the twylight city, ruled by Michael Aradaine. It is the land where day and night are perpetually entwined and the city exists in a constant state of twylight. Many are welcome here to this once ruined city. The city more or less has a greek and roman feel to it, along with alot of overgrowth from vines and the like, but rather than seeming a ghost of a long gone empire, it seems as if perhaps the city and the kingdom it belongs to is steadily growing along with the carefully cut and maintained overgrowth. Business is encouraged though you must schedule a meeting with the king in order to set up shop. The city is a half way point between the shadow plane and the material plane, within the shadowkin kingdom.
There are four major points of interest aside from the palace within the city, there is the Midnight Grove which consists of thick large blackened oak like trees, which glow with an eerie midnight blue light along their edges. There is the Incarnum Earth gardens, which is in perpetual bloom and the plants are quite oversized, also glowing but with a lovely light electric blue color. The third is the fountain of spirits, which may or may not possess said quantity, it is a rather ornate structure of marble and granite, the most unique feature here though are the white and blue mists that seem to swirl about within it's waters. The fourth of course then would be the so called river of souls which runs along the city's western border with water matching the fountain. The mists lingering about the rocks before drifting on down.
There is a new point of interest within the city now, recently among a great fog of salty sea air that shrouded most of the unused section on the west side of the city ruins a beach has formed along with of course an ocean to go with it. Within the waves and water, are blue and white lights that dart amongst the waves. Souls perhaps, or at least very active essentia. The Ruins are half submerged creating an ample opportunity of things to explore, and to see.
