Into 4th edition now. 
Congratulations to Wizards of the Coast for creating an edition that is every bit if not more fun to dm as 2e was.
And for making a game which is a great deal streamlined, and fun for giving non caster types abilities now instead of feats.
I could go on and on about the good things this version has done.
But I think that the point is across.
Welcome to 4th edition. What has changed for the room? For the freestyle? Pretty much nothing. System players? Abit. The two are a little less desperately different now.
