Class Feature
Master of control As a master of the Arcane arts, you have mastered your powers. Once per encounter, a friendly target or group of friendly targets who would otherwise be hit by your Area of Effect spells, are not. You shape the flow of magic, to avoid hitting you allies.

You emit a wail that emulates the mythical wail of the banshee. Your foes should they survive the sound, are instilled with an impending sense of doom realizing the time of their destruction is nigh.
level 15 daily. Arcane, Implement Psychic. Standard Action. Close Burst 5 Int vs Will. 4d6+Int mod the target is also pushed 2 squares and the target is Restrained (save ends).

Scorching Burst At Will Arcane, Fire, Implement Range: 10 Burst 1 Attack: Int vs Reflex. Effect: D8+Int mod Fire damage.

Magic Missile You create three darts of magical energy, to strike one or several targets.
At will Range: 20 squares. Attack: Int Vs Reflex, three attacks. Effect: You can either fire your three darts at one target or several. Note that you must make a separate roll for each attack regardless. D4+Int Mod damage
